Welcome to my life
This is where you get to read about the ups and downs of my life, my travel logs if I happen to go on a trip somewhere, food/restaurant reviews, latest shopping acquisitions, my indulgence in alcohol, and gossips about random people whom I have crossed paths with. -邱晓涵。

Study frenzy
is what I have been up to the last 5 days. I've got my first exam tonight. And then followed by 2 big days at work trying to catch up on the stuff I left behind to go on study leave. 星期四也有很重要的工作应征。如果顺利,到了美国我一定好好的痛玩一趟!时间也刚好是个“幸运时间”(我是不是太过迷信呢?)It would definitely make my upcoming vacation sweeter for sure! And by this time next week, exams would be finished and I shall be looking forward to celebrating at The Loosebox. Oh, I have also enrolled myself in a 7 weeks short course on Beginning Korean. The course starts some time mid-August. I am excited!

Watching the sunset
at Trigg Beach today after dinner, strolling down the harbour front in search of ice-cream for dessert, shopping at the little specialty stores... was what we did this evening to celebrate the good news. I was given my early christmas present and I absolutely adore it. It's an all around pearl necklace, just what I have been searching for. Good times. Merry Christmas everyone! And I shall update my blog upon my return from HKG/SG/JKT.
Congratulations...
... to Oka. It's one kick-ass news to start our christmas vacation and the New Year! I'm so happy for him today.
GREAT JOB! :)!

Getting in touch with nature
... was what I was up to the last 2 days. Not for leisure, but for a company team building event. We went up to Moondyne, about 1/1/2 hrs' drive from Perth. To sum it up, it's in the countryside where nature rules. On my way up there, I even encountered a kangaroo in the middle of the road almost refusing to give way to my car. And when my phone finally displayed the message "no network coverage," I knew I was definitely not anywhere near the city. I must say that every single meal there was home cooked and absolutely delicious. My favorite was their sticky date pudding. It beat the hell out of the dessert I've had even at some good restaurants. I might even contemplate driving up there again one of these days just to eat.
