Pain in the ass...
are people who are totally oblivious to other people's feelings and worse still have the perverse pleasure of rubbing it in, adding salt to an open wound, pouring wet blanket on other people's good news... well you get the idea. It's amazing how maturity and age is not simultaneous.

I think for a certain group of individuals....age and maturity progresses in opposite directions. Damn "xia suay" that both you & I happen to have these individuals in our lives.
