Our lazy Sunday
My hoisin-lime-redwine roast duck with curry-ginger sweet potato fries tasted sooo good. Even I was surprised. The recipe came from Ming Tsai's cookbook (the chef & 0wner of Blue Ginger in Massachusetts). So anyhow, here's what we've been up to this weekend:
