My roast chicken, baby...

Today's roast chicken tasted really delicious. All the flavors from the red, yellow, green bell peppers, onion, garlic, lemon, shallot, chilli oozing out from the cavity of the chicken. Ermmmm hmmm... :)! I'm not that bad in the kitchen afterall... Oka's really happy with his dinner.
