We've got a renter!
After 2 weeks of wait, it seems we've finally got tenants into our rental ppty. They will be signing the lease tomorrow at 10am. Hopefully it will all work out... hopefully there won't be a no-show. I'm keeping my fingers crossed now. And if it all works out, woo hoo! Let's go out and celebrate! :)
On a more gloomy subject, it's 6:10pm and I'm still in the damn office. What's wrong? There should be more work/life balance.

Don't worry.....your study break is coming and then the arrival of moi to wheck havoc at your place. *Grin*
I'm falling sick... down with a sore throat and continuing to work. TMD! 2 days more of hell.
If it makes you feel any better, I've been at work till 10pm for 2 days this week. Then 9pm yesterday...and probably today too.
On the bright side, I will definitely skive off early (read: 6pm) tomorrow. Yeah yeah. =)

me too...but i have to guess what TMD means...hahaha mandarin I'm guessing? B/c for me TMD also means temporomandibular disorder/disease

once again work sucks ass, u brown nosers need to get a F**G! life, and inflexible/rigid & micro management style sucks ass too! sorry guys i don't usually swear but i really had enough today. TMD, KNN, KNS etc. all such words apply to the above.
