Dry weather

This year has been particularly dry and the dryness is taking a toll on my lips. It's chapped more badly than previous years to the extent that my lower lips turned black and the top part swollen. All the lip balms (cheap & expensive) didn't help until I found pawpaw ointment in the local pharmacy. This worked almost immediately. I love it! The swelling went away almost immediately. I highly recommend this.
