Baking disaster
Brownie was overcooked on the outside and still glooey on the inside. It was a total mess! It has once again reaffirmed the fact that I suck in the kitchen! And that I should NEVER pursue a career within the food industry. If I should ever become a "太太" miraculously, I should definitely hire a maid. Hee hee. But it was pretty fun mixing all the ingredients together. To give myself some credit, if you don't care about presentation, my brownie actually tastes quite yum. Unfortunately, dessert has to be about good presentation & good taste. Mine is errr... pretty scary looking! =).

maybe cuz your oven is on too high...
if it is not on too high, then your oven might just heat up too fast or higher than the "said" recommendation for heat setting.
keep at it. cooking comes with lots of practice, experimentation and time in the kitchen!
