Yummy roast duck

After waiting patiently for our favorite roast duck restaurant to reopen after the holiday season, we finally got a taste of it tonight and damn it's yummy! We have tried a few other places but "Good One BBQ Chinese Restaurant" in East Victoria Park is by far the best - their roast duck is crispy enough and not at all soggy. And since Oka had been instructed by the doctor to stay off animal fat for a while, he had to remove all the excessive fat under the duck skin while I happily chewed on mine. It was fun, the joy of eating!
